FT25SV Mobile Filtration Trolley
This filter trolley has a SG0519GOV pump on it which is designed to operate on viscosities up to 250,000 cSt. The 25 Litre Per Minute Mobile Filtration Trolley consists of the following main components;

Thermojet Model N2000 Oil Purifier
The primary purposes of the THERMOJet® Oil Purification Technology is to remove water, particulate and sludge from circulating oil systems to improve machinery reliability, to avoid the cost of oil changes, and to minimize waste oil disposal concerns. The simplicity and ease of operation of these air/gas stripping devices far exceed any other oil purification technology.
The THERMOJet® is designed to operate on ISO 32 through ISO 220 oils from circulating oil systems. Oil with higher viscosity (ISO 150 and ISO 220) must be at 100o F (40o C) minimum temperature at the inlet to the THERMOJet® during start-up. When properly installed and given minimal required maintenance attention, the THERMOJet® N-2000 will provide years of highly satisfactory service.
High Volume Fluid Polishing/Flushing
100LPM variable frequency drives to balance flow v’s temperature / viscosity.

Viper WRL Mini MKII
The Viper Mini MK II provides a light weight, easy to use option for smaller or hard to access wire ropes. It cleans and lubricates wire ropes quickly, efficiently and safely. Suitable for wire ropes with a diameter between 6mm to 36mm, the Viper Wire Rope Mini MKII System lubricates ropes at up to 2000mt/hour.The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope.
